Honda Repair: 89 prelude headlight, low beam, fitment

i just got in my new bulbs. my driver side bulb assembly only does high not low. the passenger does both. can you tell how to fix this please.

John, sounds like you could have an issue with the wiring or the bulb assembly itself. Did you have this problem before you switched out the bulbs? If yes, check the wiring and connector itself for proper fitment and/or damage. If no, i would suspect that the bulb is bad and that the low beam filament is damaged. Return to store for a replacement. Let me know if this helps...
