Honda Repair: ignition barrel/cylinder, steering column, locksmith

Would you know how to take out the ignition barrel of a HONDA 01 ACCORD? The ignition won't turn and I tried using the lubricant method to loosen up pins. Is there any way of taking it out without using a drill?

Young, yes there is. But, this is an immobilized ignition system. Pull the ignition apart from the steering column. Seperating all the components. This will give you access to multiple small holes to release the barrel in one piece. DO NOT attempt this unless you know what you are doing. Its not that difficult to do but you can damage certain pieces if you are not careful. Or take the ignition out and take to a locksmith.
