Honda Repair: Tail light fuse blows upon turning lights on, light fuse, fuse blows

Question
Having an issue blow the fuse that controls the rear tail lights on a 2000 Honda Accord.  When I turn the lights on the fuse blows.  I have tried  to trace the wire looking for a short but have not located anything yet.  I have not been behind the radio (which is factory).  A few years back I had the same problem but changing the fuse resolved the issue.  Any ideas?

Answer
Sean, somewhere in that tailight area you have a wire, that is hot, and it is coming into contact with a ground source. I cant think of anything that would cause this other than what i described to you. Both tails and the third brake light area. Did you put on any new accesories? Like - a wing, rear speakers, aftermarket tailights, etc. Inspect your work thoroughly if you did.
