Honda Repair: replace A/C hose, seperate system, excessive load

Question
How do I replace the Air Conditioning Hose on a 2000 Honda Civic.
When the car is idling and the air is on, the engine jerks.
I thinks its because of a vacuum created by a leaky a/c hose.

What do you think?

Answer
O, if you had any leak at all in your A/C system you would not have cold air being blown inside the vehicle. The A/C system is a completely seperate system. The jerking is due too the excessive load on the motor when you turn on the A/C. I would recommend a tune-up with fuel filter and air filter.
