Honda Repair: 1993 honda, honda automatic transmission fluid, automatic transmission fluid

Question
I have a 1993 Honda Accord automatic. My Honda accord was running great but now out of the blue it takes a few seconds to accelerate. Once it gets going it runs fine. What are some things I should be looking at. I no nothing about cars and I would like some feedback before going to the shop, so at least I can act like I know what I am talking about.

Answer
Sabrina, sounds to me like you need to start with the basics. Tune-up. Spark plugs, (properly gaped), spark plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, fuel filter, and an air filter. This should eliminate your sluggishness. If it still does this after I would consider flushing the transmission fluid with only using Honda Automatic Transmission Fluid to replace.
