Question
i have a 95 civic that smokes blue when engine is cold.and it dont smoke if temp out side is hot like summer only in winter when i first turn it on inthe morning or when the engine is cold.it i know is oil burning but it dont burn that much people tell me is the valve seals but if it is that then y it dosent smoke when nthe temp is hot out side

Answer
Juan, yes you are burning oil. And when it is only happening in the morning upon warm-up is an indication that oil is transferring from the top-end of the motor into the combustion chamber. I would think this is an internal leak in the head gasket or possibly the valve guides but doubtful. Replace or rebuild the head new timing belt and head gasket and you should be good.
