where is the location of the blower motor relay in Honda civic 2002

Hey James,
The blower motor relay is located in the fuse block under the hood and should be in slot 4. According to my diagram it should be one of the largest relays in that panel. Hope that helps good luck and let me know if i can be of further assistance.
