Honda Repair: Leaking Antifreeze-Overheated, split bolt, hose size

Question
I have a 93 Accord DX. Yesterday, it leaked antifreeze suddently and overheated. It doesn't not appear to be a hose, my boyfriend said it was the split bolt perhaps or maybe there is a crack in the engine block. There has not been a slow leak, this was unexpected. Have you ever encountered this with this model of Honda. IT has 220K miles on it, so maybe its just starting to wear down. I have to do alot of stuff to it recently and spect over 1600 on it in the last 9 months.

there are so many things this could be.
if you could get a more precise description or location would be nice. stuff a water hose in the radiator and watch where it comes out.
on some of these models, there is 2 short heater hose size hoses right above the oil filter that go to an oil cooler. many people never know they are there and they never get changed.
