How do I remove the rear stop and tail light lens on a 1995 accord.

you mean the whole assembly?

just inside the trunk there is a cover over it. there will be 6-8 8 or 10mm nuts holding it on. you may have to loosen the entire large cover. the access covers are only meant to change the bulbs. once you have them all off, get something to tap on the studs from the inside. the rain seal will usually make them stick pretty well.
