Honda Repair: 91 honda, quick jerk, 91 honda accord

Question
i have a 91 honda accord with 211,000 miles its been sitting for a while and two days ago i rolled my back driver window down and it wont roll back up i was told id have to take the inside door panel off if so how and if not what else could it be?

Answer
im assuming its power windows, in which case the regulators go out regularly. if you push the switch and can hear the motor then it needs the regulator. if it is moving up but stopping right away (like its stuck) it could have popped out of the track, which also needs the regulator replaced. either one of those is likely depending if it is a cable or scissor type.
the master switch on the drivers door can go out. sometimes pushing it harder and wiggling some will make it work.
im at home and i cant remember the wiring off hand, but i dont believe a fuse would kill only 1 window.

any more than those and you are digging into electrical with wiring and such.

the panel come off quite easily. there is a screw in the door cup, and since its the rear door that should be it. the rest of the door is held on by clips. just grab the bottom and give it a quick jerk. then pull back some and slide it up over the handle and lip at the top.
