Honda Repair: 2006 Honda CRV Pulling to Right, 2006 honda crv, side tire

Question
Greetings!

My husband and I purchased a 2006 AWD EX CRV as well.  We are experiencing the identical problem of pulling right going more than 40 mph.  We have had the CRV into the dealership four times in the past 10 months with the same complaint.  They have aligned it each time and tell us it is not a problem.  The dealership tells us they have not heard of this problem as well.  And, they also gave us the 6 second rule; however, when we drive it at 55 mph, it will immediately pull right when you let go of the wheel. Any other ideas?

Answer
check your tires for uneven wear. if you own a jack, try to rotate the front tires. put the front passenger side tire on the driver side and the driver side tire on the passenger side. it should now pull to the left. if it does. the tires are out of round. if it still pulls to the right, it sounds like an axle or hub is bent from hitting a curb etc. i would take it to a certified honda dealer instead of a dealership. they are much more willing to figure out the problem instead of just guess and check. also any Walmart will balance and rotate tires for $7.50. but tell them to do just the front.
