Honda Repair: Trouble Starting in Cold Morning, vacuum hoses, vacuum leak

Question
hi. my car is giving me lots of headaches. i'll try to keep this short.

One morning I tried to start my car. It would take 3+ cranks to get it to go and once it starts, my idle fluctuate from 800-2000 really quickly. I give it gas and once its warmed the car is idles and runs like a champ. I suspected a dirty IACV so I took it out and cleaned it well. Then the next morning when I tried to start the car, the fluctuation went away but the car started and idled at 800 and doesnt move. It boggs a lot when I crank it (would require 5-6 cranks to eventually start). So i've been reading and most ppl say clean the FITV. So i cleaned the Fast Idle Thermo Valve and put it back together. The problem actually seemed to have gotten worst. My car is much harder to start. It would try to start it and give it gas and it boggles and makes  a pop noise (sounds like backfire). Its much more difficult to start now than ever before. I cant think fo anything else thats wrong. My car isnt not throwing any CEL either so a bad MAP, TPS , o2 sorsor and air temp sensor is out of the question. Any suggestions?
My sparkplugs, distributor and rotor is still pretty new (1.5years old). Thanks for the help

Answer
Try removing the spark plugs overnight and let it set. make sure to write down the firing order. the reason it isnt starting is becuase your cylinders are now full of gas from trying to pump it. the bogging is because no or not enough spark. if you did remove the spark plugs already, the order might be backwards. did you remove the distributor cap? could possibly need cleaning. there might be condensation inside the cap. if you take it off, make sure to spray it with a light oil like wd40 before reinstalling it. just coat the whole inside of the cap and distributor.

as for the idle, make sure everything, especially all vacuum hoses are back where they were originally. if it is idleing low it has vacuum leak.
