Honda Repair: honda civic motor, engine wiring harness, stock honda

Question
I'm replacing my 1993 civic V-tec motor with a civic motor that is not a V-tec. i would like to know I have a automatic and the motor I'm putting in is a manual. can I use my transmisson and just bolt it to the new engine. also since the motor coming out is a V-tec will the wiring be the same? note: the motor going in is a stock Honda motor out of a civic.

There is alot you have to change, ECU, Engine wiring harness and if your on to it you can wire up your self, if you have an email i can send the electronic diagrams for you if you like. It might be a bit easier that way so you can see the complications.
