Honda Repair: Honda Wheel Bearing vs. Tire Problem, wheel allignment, wheel bearing

Question
Hi, We own a 2006 Honda Civic. There are approx. 20000 miles on the car. About 2 mos ago we noticed a humming in the rear of the car that got worse as we accelerated, especially over 50mph. Took the car to a dealer who said it was a wheel bearing and ordered the part. When we brought the car back, all of a sudden, it was that the tires in the rear were bad. Left worse than right, he called them "flat" spots. My husband said the inside of the tires did look bad. Now, they won't replace the wheel bearing and want to tell us it's our fault because we didn't rotate the tires at 6000 miles. The service manager said he would "try" his best to get the tires covered under the warranty but I am not holding my breath.
Do you think we have a tire problem? Why didn't the dealer notice this the first time? And, how are the tires flat with only 20000 miles on them?
Thanks for your time!

Answer
some one has done a not proper job on the wheel allignment,if the car is still under warranty you will have reguar servicing, this has happened due to improper servicing, the dealers mechanic should have told the dealer and then you, If mechanic diddnt pick it up find another mechanic.
