Honda Repair: 1986 Honda Accord LXI 5spd hatchback, honda accord lxi, power steering fluid

Question
The car is leaking power-steering fluid only when driving, when it reaches a certain speed (around 60 mph) the wheels start bouncing and the tie rods have recently been replaced to see if that would fix the problem, but nothing. Can you possibly give me some other suggestions so I don't waste money fixing things that don't need to be fixed?

Answer
well. . . you need to balance the tyres for a start and where abouts is it leaking from? the pump? steering rack? hydrolic hoses? if its leaking from the steering rack replace the steering rack and if its leaking from anything else replace. You can usually get second hand parts from a wrecker at a resonable price.
