Honda Repair: sticking power lock, lifetime warranty, retractor

Question
To fix the above, I figured to remove the rear side door panel of my 2000 accord and wd40 or oil it.....does this sound correct?....if so, how do I remove the door panel.  I also would like to do the same with my seatbelt "retractor" as it is not pulling the seatbelt back very well anymore.  Thanks Craid

Answer
Would place my bet on a bad door lock actuator.  Sealed unit.  Nothing you can do to grease.  No easy way for me to explain on how to get this one out.

The retractor is under lifetime warranty.  Take to the dealer and have them check and make sure its not broken.
