how do you remove the driver side headlight to replace?  and the tail light to replace the bulb?

Answer
Are you replacing the entire headlamp lens or just the bulb?  The bulb is replaced by unplugging the plug, removing the rubber ring and moving the small metal clip that holds the bulb in place.  DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE NEW BULB OR YOU WILL DESTROY THE NEW BULB.  If you are replacing the entire lens assembly you have to remove the bumper to get the lens out.  

The tailight is replaced through the trunk.  Pull the cover down on the inside of the trunk and twist the socket out and replace the bulb.  Check your owners manual for more info on how to do this.
