Honda Repair: 94 accord fan problem, fan motor, radiator

just replaced radiator in daughters 94 accord. i replaced the fans as they were on the old rad, larger one on passenger side, smaller one on driver side. larger one comes on when the a/c is turned on. it also cycles on and off when the engine gets to operating temp without the a/c on. the smaller fan won't come on. sound like a wiring prob or maybe just a bad rad fan? i'll try cleaning connections at relays as suggested in earlier posts. thanks

Sounds like a bad fan motor.  Both should come out at the same time.  Very common for the motors to go bad.  I had to replace that one on my 93 Acc.  The factory motor is very expensive ($200) so I would recommend either used or aftermarket if you can find it.
