Honda Repair: shift solenoid, fuse panel, shift lock

Question
I am working on a 1992 honda accord lx, I have a problem with getting the shifter out of park. I greased all the points and adjusted the shift cable. After I have tested the shift lock solenoid and found it to be inop, but after replacing the solenoid the solenoid is not working.  I have no I/P gear indicators, door ajar indicators, the only light I have on the I/P is the battery symbol.  All the lights were working before I tested the solenoid. Can you please help me?

Answer
Check fuse #1 (10amp) in underdash fuse panel and fuse #25 (20 amp) in underhood fuse panel.  Also see if brake lights are working and horn is working.  If they are not, fuse #25 is blown.  My first guess would be #1 under the dash.

Let me know,

Craig
