Is this car an automatic?  If it is and you can get it out of park, then the brake light switch and fuse are both good.  You say the high mount brake light works but none of the other ones work?  Thats strange.

Answer
check the ground connection.  Its located under the left side light next to the brake light sensor.  The green wire is power to for the brake lights to each bulb.  It may also be the brake light sensor.  The only light that doesn't run through that sensor is the third brake light.
