Honda Repair: 1988 Prelude 2.0 Si DOHC fuel injected MIL, air control valve, prelude 2

Question
I was recently given an 88 prelude. I put a junkyard motor in it and it has run great. Recently though my check engine light comes on mostly when i come to a stop. I notice that revolutions drops really low before the light comes on. Sometimes does it while driving.
I checked the ECU flashes and it alternates from 6 to 14 flashes. What is the code?
I have also noticed that it is hard to start when hot outside. And when it rains sometimes it will crank over but will not start. After a while it will barley start. What could this be? does it have anything to do with the MIL light?

Answer
code 6 is the tw sensor.  This sensor is located on the front of the head, right side of the head.  Make sure its plugged in.  If it is, replace it.  This sensor tells the computer how hot the engine is.  Will have direct effect on how well the engine starts.

code 14 is the idle air control valve malfunction.  If you have a spare one, replace it.  Its located on the front side of the intake, between the intake the head.
