Honda Repair: Changing 2004 Civic EX lo beam on driver side, reservoir tank, washer reservoir

Question
Owner's manual doesn't jibe with what's under the hood.  Says I should need to move power steering reservoir by pulling it out of holder.  That I can do.  Also says I will need to remove upper part of winshield washer reservoir tank by popping off a holding clip with a flat head screwdriver.  This I CAN'T do because there's no holding clip to remove and no upper piece to remove. It appears the tank is all one piece, with a long throat coming up from underneath.  It is free standing and not attached to anything, and really doesn't want to move out of the way.  I can barely get my hands in there to touch the connector, much less remove it.  Will I just have to bulldog the top of the winshield fluid reservoir out of the way to change the stinkin' bulb?

Answer
Headlight (low beam) ('04-05 models)
Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the headlight.

Headlight (low):
51 W

Turn the bulb socket (B) 45 º counterclockwise to remove it from the headlight.

Install the new bulb in the reverse order of removal.

Straight from the service manual.  You should be able to get around the washer jug but it will be tight.  You should try replacing them with the large hands that I have :)  No easy way to remove that side, especially on an EX with the stupid ABS pump right there as well.
