Honda Repair: 91 Accord oil burning smell, factory oil, oil cap

Question
I have a 1991 Accord LX, and after running it until the engine is hot
there is a smell of burning oil inside the car.  It does appear that
there is a small amount of oil spilt around the filler cap...  What
may be the issue?

Answer
Do you have factory oil cap? If not, start there. Then check your PCV valve. It's at the center of the valve cover, at the end of the rubber hose coming from the intake manifold. When pulled up from v/c, shake it. If you hear a rattle you'r okay.  If not, replace it. Then make sure that hose is in good condition and not collapsed.
Try that, if that doesn't help, write again.
