Answer
Chris,
This will be a very costly repair. No way around that. Problem is the v-6 in that car is very prone to head and head gasket problems. Spending money on an attempt to repair an already damaged engine, in my opinion, would be a waste of money. I tell my customers to find a replacement engine from a  local salvage (junk) yard with a good guarentee. You'll be better off with an engine that has never been torn down, when you repair the head gaskets and have the heads repaired you strengthen the upper engine witch in turn stresses the lower end and often leads to an oil burner!!!! Either way you go, be  sure to locate the cause of the overheating, and fix it first!!!!
Hope this helps,
 Dan
