Honda Repair: intermittant starting for 93 accord, intermittent problems, fuel rail

Question
my son's 93 accord has intermittantly started for half a year now (he's at school and doesn't use it much).  my dad pulled plugs and the line to the fuel rail when it wasn't starting once and he had spark and fuel coming out then.  i've pinched the return fuel line once to make sure it wasn't releasing pressure in the rail.  he's pulled the main relay and "tested" it this week.  any other clues you might have would be greatly appreciated.  thx.

Intermittent problems are the most difficult and can be the most costly if you start replacing parts. You will need to check the car when the no start condition occurs to see if it is spark or fuel. One thing that could be suspect is fuel pump may be going out. Sorry I can't be of more help.
