Honda Repair: Engine overheating after fans stopped working, fuse box, engine fans

Question
Both A/C and engine fans on my 91 Prelude quite working.  I know both fan motors work (checked via direct connect to battery) and the fan relay in the engine fuse box is operable.  I suspect the fan switch is bad.  What are your thoughts? How do I locate and replace switch, if that is the problem?
Thanks for any advise.

Answer
Bill:
The switch is located on the thermostat housing, there is an electrical connector plugged in. You also need to make sure radiator is full and thermostat is operating correctly to allow switch to work. Also make sure water pump is circulating the water.
Good luck.
