Honda Repair: 1990 Honda Accord EX - Dash Light, honda accord ex, dash light

Chris, I have a 1990 Honda Accord EX 2-Door. On my way home, the "Sport" light (Green "S") on the instrument dash was steadily flashing. I made it home and now my car won't start. What is it indicating? Is it possible that it may be my transmission?

I do not think it is my battery because the car's head lights light up without problems. The only thing that I've noticed is that the instrument dash does not light up when I turn the key to the ON position.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the sport cable would be bad but it wouldn't stop the car from starting. Check all fuses including the ECU fuse and all fuses under the hood as well as under driver dash. Try putting the car in neutral and starting it that is a very hard one to put together but try those and let me know what you come up with thanks.
