Honda Repair: 1992 temperature fluctuation, temperature fluctuation, radiator fan

Hi-
I have a WONDERFUL 1992 Accord EX with 294,000 miles on it. The temp gauge on this car (as well as on every other Honda I've owned) has always held rock solid at about 9:00. Just recently I've noticed that the temperature gauge climbs SOMETIMES when I'm sitting at a light. It has moved as much as half the distance between normal and the top of the gauge. The moment I accelerate it begins moving back to normal. The radiator and coolant was changed 60,000 miles ago. Any ideas?

I would check if the radiator fan is working properly that is actually the same thing happening to my car because I don't have a radiator fan at the moment but when it was working properly it was fine but now it is doing the same as your vehicle. I might even check hoses for any little leaks.
