Honda Repair: Front Brake Problem, proportioning valve, steering wheel

I have brake problem.......have excessive brake pad wear on the front left wheel and shudder when applying brakes after highway driving. Replaced front calipers, flexible brake lines, front rotors, master cylinder.....still having a problem with the left front brake. When driving over 60 mph, feel slight shaking in the steering wheel. Seemed to go away after replacing booster (2-3 months ago) though now it it back (son's car, used to go back and forth to school.) When applying brakes after highway driving, feel shudder in the wheel, though no load noise (squeak or squeal...metal to metal for example.) Here are my questions:
1) Can warped rotors cause excessive brake pad wear? previously, I believe that the booster was not releasing the brakes and resulted in the rotors becoming extremely hot, probably resulting in them becoming warped.
2) If rotors are warped, will they stay warped or will they wear flat and true after continued driving?
3) Can my problem be due to a bad proportioning valve?
4) Can my problem be due to incorrect brake bleeding, resulting in damage to the proportioning valve?
5) Can bleeding the brakes result in correcting issues with the proportioning valve? How will I know I have corrected the problem, after bleeding the brakes?
Any help is appreciated. I am stumped on this one.

Yes, warped rotors can cause the excessive wear and they will not wear flat. I believe you have eliminated all other causes and I would check the proportioning valve. As for the possibility of incorrect bleeding, you would have problems braking so I do not believe that is the problem.
