Honda Repair: 1999 Honda Accord Ex: Starting/Stalling, fuel pressure regulator, honda accord ex

Question
I have a '99 Accord that for the past year when I start to accelerate either hesitates or stalls (does not happen very often, just once in a long while).  Just recently, I tried to start the car and kept turning over but would not start like it was starving for fuel. Waited a minute then it cranked right up.  I am thinking it's a fuel filter issue. The car has 70k miles.  If it is a fuel filter problem where is the location of it so I can change it.  Thanks

Answer
Guillermo:
The fuel filter is under hood, driver side, rear side of strut tower, mounted in rear corner of engine compartment.
You may also want to check the fuel pressure regulator. It can't hurt to change the fuel filter and it is cheap.
Good luck.
