Honda Repair: 1992 Honda Civic, honda civic dx, service writer

Question
Hello,
My 92 Honda Civic DX is difficult to get started when it is hot outside. The problem is much worse if I try to use the air-conditioner. Very hard to start and will stall at every stop. I took it in  to the dealership for repair and they replaced the Main Relay. This repair made no differance in the preformance of the car. I don't think that the problem is electrical.

Thank You.

Answer
Steve:
Check your electrical connections to the battery and clean them up to make sure you have good contact. Check the air filter and replace if it has not been replaced for a while. Other thing to check is fuel pressure regulator to make sure it is working. I would take it back to the dealer and have them diagnosis the problem. Since they replaced the main relay and you still have the problem, talk to the service writer or the manager and tell them what happened.
Good luck
Bill
