Honda Repair: 99 Honda Accord -wont run in hot weather, fuel pressure regulator, honda accord

Question
I have a 1999 Honda Accord and had problems in starting it. It'll turn over and then the engine just turns off.  Also when I am driving it, it will just turn off as if it ran out of gas and a couple times I have pumped the gas over and over and it fuels back up and keeps going. Any recalls on the fuel pump for the honda accord? It doesn't stall when it's cold out. Only when it's warm. The whole winter it was fine. It gave me trouble in the fall very rarely and now that it's warmer it's flaring up again. Could it be the fuel relay? It works if i wait a little or just put my foot on the gas and just throw it into drive really quick. Any comments?

Answer
MT:
The fuel relay either works or it doesn't, so I would say that it is not the relay. Sound like the fuel pressure regulator may be bad. The regulator keeps pressure in the fuel line so you are not always pumping fuel from the tank to the injectors. Sorry I did not check response before sending last night, should make more sense.
Good luck.
