Honda Repair: Pricing, service garage, engine flush

How much would it cost to buy and instal a battery, an alternator and get a systems flush in an 87 honda accord?

A battery would cost about $50 - $60, an alternator would cost about $80 - $100. To install the alternator might be about $125 - $150. I'm not sure about a battery, it may be $10 - $20. A system flush might cost $80 - $100. (I'm assuming you are talking about an engine flush, which I would not recommend.) The price of these services vary widely if you compare to a dealer to a service garage. If you think you were ripped off (or they are trying to) let me know what you were charged and I will tell you if I think it is reasonable. The type of parts used can also be a factor.
