Honda Repair: Stalling, vacuum leak, plug wires

My daughter has a 1987 accord lxi that stalls sometimes and runs rough

You might want to check the fuel filter, their inexpensive and if you haven't replaced for a while it can't hurt. Also check the idle speed to make sure it is correct.
Other things that can be cause are distributor components (cap, rotor), plug wires, vacuum leak.
