Honda Repair: accord heater blower relay, amp fuse, gauge wire

 Hello, I have a 1996 Honda accord lx 4 door 2.2 and my heater blower only works intermittenty I replaced the resistor already so I figured I would try the relay next could you tell me where on the car it is located? I buy passed the power on the blower to a swithed power source and the swith on the dash for speed control works but I'm not sure how safe this configuration is. I used 10 gauge wire with a 40 amp maxxi blade fuse. Any info would be great.

I'm not sure how safe that is either with a 40 amp fuse, I would check to see what size fuse is set in the block for the fan. The relay box should be located in the engine compartment on the passenger side close to the windshield.
You may also want to check the cooling fan switch located by the thermostat; it has a plug going into it.
