Honda Repair: 95 Honda Accord Ex, cv joints, honda accord ex

When I turn my wheel to make a left hand or right hand turn there is a muffled sounding clicking noise.  What could this be? It doesn't happen any other time and it's driving me crazy...please help, I am a poor college student and i need this car to last until at least august, it has 184k already.

Most likely your CV joints are shot. If you look at the inside of the wheel there are rubber boots and they probably are torn open. The way these are fixed are by taking out the shaft on each side of the car. Since the boots are already torn and dirt has gotten in you cannot just replace the boots. This repair with parts should be around $300 for both sides.  If you don't have this done, your handling won't be as good and will cause more tire wear.
