Yes, I have used all new gaskets.  On the starting, first I checked the fuel rail to make sure the fuel pump was pumping fuel to it (it was o.k.).Second I checked the fuel injectors, I pulled the fuel rail off and lifted the injectors out and tried starting the car, injectors were all shooting gas in a sequence pattern.  Third I checked the spark plugs for spark and the were all firing.  The car turns over and over but will not start.  Any suggestions.  Thanks

Answer
Derek:
At this point I would say you have a vacuum leak somewhere, there should be no other reason not to start. If the car overheated you may have a warped throttle body.

Sorry I can't be any more help, it sounds like you have checked all the things that should be checked.

Good luck.
