I see antifrez on top of radiator -- checked hoses - ok -- slow leak -- can I seal with something

I wouldn't prefer any sealants that you would pour into the radiator they do sell those but sometimes that sealant goes into the engine and starts sealing up other things that shouldn't be sealed so i would get a new radiator or use some silicone on the outer plastic area where leaking.
