Honda Repair: 1992 Honda Accord Coupe sensor or Idle problem or somthing, honda accord coupe, throttle position sensor

Hi. I have a 1992 Honda Accord Coupe. When I turn the car on while its cold it runs okay. But like 2 mins after I turn it up the car act like it wants to drive itself. It goes vroom then down then vroom again then down. The Gas gage doesnt work and when I turn on the heat I smell burnt oil then when i drive the car for a while i smell gas. When i put on the break at a light or somthing the car keep trying to go forward with a pulling motion. I dont know what this could be and alot of Mechanics wont even look at it and put it on a diagnotstic machine. Please Help

CHECK THE TPS (THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR) THEN YOUR IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE I WOULD CHECK ALL AROUND THE GAS LINES AND CHECK FOR LEAKS AROUND THE LINES I WOULD THINK THAT IT MIGHT BE THE TPS BUT NOT FOR SURE RE-ADJUST YOUR THROTTLE THAT CAN BE WHY ITS TRYING TO DRIVE ITSELF THAT IS REALLY ALL I CAN ADVISE YOU TO DO.
