Honda Repair: Shifter in my Integra..., clutch master cylinder, clutch

My shifter in my 91 Integra (standard trans) feels like it catches.  I put in the clutch, try to shift, and sometimes I grind gears a little because the problem throws my timing off just enough.  For some reason it feels like its something very near the shifter itself...

I am not sure I understand what you mean when you say it "catches", but by the sounds of it, your clutch is coming apart, and will need to be replaced.
Also check the clutch master cylinder. Is there any fluid in it? If not, bleeding the system may fix your problem.
