Honda Repair: Power window, power locks, regulator assembly

97 Honda Accord,  4-dr, Driver side window. I have power windows and power locks on the car as well.  The window is stuck.  When I push the power button I here the start to move and stop.  How do I get the door panel off to determin what is wrong?  At this point not sure if its the motor or drive assembly.

Most likely you need a window motor/regulator assembly. They are operated by cables and break all the time.
To remove the door panel you need to remove the door handle and screw, and also the screw by the grab handle. Remove door panel by prying it from the bottom and pulling it off.
It is a little tricky to replace the regulator, so if you are not too sure, you should buy a manuel or have a professional do it.
