Honda Repair: Engine Rebuild or Replace, h23a engine, honda prelude

Question
I have a 1993 Honda Prelude Si wih a H23A engine I have been flirting with the idea of putting a turbo on it however the car now has 156xxx miles on it and before I put more money into the car I was wondering whether I should rebuild or replace the engine. If rebuild is there a book or tutorial you would recommend if I wanted to do this myself.
Thanks,
Bryan

Answer
Bryan,
My choice would to be to rebuild the motor. This way you know what you have from the start. Otherwise you may buy a motor and who knows what kind of shape it is in.
I would recommend buying a Honda factory manual. They run around $70. They will tell you everything you need to know and more. You should have a good understanding of how a motor works and be sure that you have a good set of tools for the job.
Good luck,
