Honda Repair: missing, injector tester, compression tester

I CHANGED PLUGS CAP ROTOR WIRES #1 CYLINDER
SPUTTERS I PULL SPARK PLUG WIRE OFF CAR RUNS
THE SAME IF I PULL THE OTHERS THERES A BIG
DIFFERANCE FUEL INJECTION COULD IT BE CLOG?

You did not mention what year and model car you have so I can't tell  you the common problem with your car. I can tell you that you have either a dead injector, low compression on that #1 cylinder or no spark. You can check the spark yourself but you need a compression tester and an injector tester or noid light to check the other two things.
