Honda Repair: Fuel filter, throttle cable, little car

Question
I have a 1985 Civic 4x4 wagon 1.5 Lt. My boss has replaced one fuel filter, but we were told there was two. We have yet to find the second one.  Also the throttle cable is kinked and needs to be replaced. But could that have anything to do with why I keep loosing power?  I work for a towing yard, so my boss is more suited to work on semi's.  This little car is driving him nuts.

Thanks,

Answer
Karleen,
Thanks for  your question.
Yes, you do have 2 fuel filters in that car.
The second one is located in the rear of the car in front if rear tire. (I can't remember which side. Its been so long since I replaced one) You need to put the car up on a lift to access it or at least jack the rear of the car up.
As far as losing power, your throttle cable has probally nothing to do with that, unless it is not allowing the throttle butterfly to open up all the way. That could be any number of things and I would need some more information to diagnose that.
Good luck,
Gene
