Honda Repair: mileomiter repair, lead replacement, honda accord

I have a Honda Accord - DEC 1999.  The mileomiter is digital and it has failed to work.
I have been told it may need a lead replacement - but I can't even locate the lead.  Fuses are all OK.  There is no display at all.  Can you help?

I am having a little trouble understanding your question. Sounds like from your question that your odmeter is not working. If you checked the fuses, there is only one more check you can do. You need to remove the speedometer assy, and check for voltage to the back of the meter. I have never seen one of these burn out so you may want to question if it is really bad. Are you sure you are checking the right fuses? You may want to save your self some trouble and possibly a lot of money and have the dealer check it out. If you are not too good with electrical, it can be very confusing.
