Answer
Hi, Randy.  You're on the right track.  Next, you'll need to go to the circuits powered by this 50A fuse and continue the process of elimination.  I encourage you to register for a free account at www.hmaservice.com, as this will get you access to the schematics for your vehicle in the ETM (Electrical Troubleshooting Manual) section of the website.

The 50A fuse powers several items in the passenger compartment fuse box.  Unbolt and remove the driver's door switch from the pillar.  This way, working with the door open will not energize any circuits.

The following items are powered bu this 50A fuse.
1.  Tail lamp relay
2.  Defogger relay
3.  Power connector and fuse #25
4.  Power window slow blow fuse
5.  Fuses numbered 4, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17.

The fuses are numbered at the top left and count across.  The first row starts with #1, the second with #10, and the third with #19 (empty spot).  The things controlled by the fuses in question are:
Fuse 4: Hazard switch and relay
Fuse 6: Right side tail/park lamps and dash illumination
Fuse 7: Left side tail/park lamps
Fuse 14: Audio amp (if equipped)
Fuse 15: Power locks, sunroof
Fuse 16: Stop lamps and power window relay
Fuse 17: Rear window defogger and A/C control.

It'd be my advice to check the power connector or fuse #25 first, as I've seen draws somewhere on this circuit many times.
