My answer to this question:
If you have an air flow sensor, it is located in the bellows between the air filter housing and the throttle body.  Most Elantras in the U.S. do not have this sensor.

The idle actuator bolts to the front of the throttle body with two 10mm hexagonal/#3 Phillips screws.
