Hi, Thomas.  These items are each on separate circuits, so it's unlikely you'll find one problem that will cause all of them.  Start by checking the fuses for these circuits.  Also keep in mind that the visor vanity lamps will not operate unless the tail lamps are turned on and the visor/mirror cover is opened.
