Question
i just replace my o2 sensor up front and also my pulse generators i was getting a code of p1529 po132 po134 po135  i cleared the codes with a scanner and everything was allright but my eng lite came back on with  po135 po132 and transmission has problem shiffting i have not re programed my tcm(transmission controle module).  would that be the reason. but why would i get a o2 sensor code po132 po135... please help

Answer
I very rarely see the P0132 code unless it's a problem with the oxygen sensor itself.  P0134 indicates that the sensor readings do not sufficiently fluctuate, a problem I've seen most often as a result of an exhaust leak.  P0135 indicates a problem with the sensor heater circuit, but my information doesn't show this as being a code used for your vehicle, so I have some concern that you've copied the code incorrectly or that your code reader is having problems properly communicating with the ECM.  You might check the wiring to the sensor to verify there are no open circuits or shorts to ground.  To do this, you can check the resistance from each terminal at the ECM connector to each terminal at the oxygen sensor, and also check the resistance between each wire and ground (with both connectors unplugged).

P1529 simply indicates that the TCM recognized a problem and requested the ECM to turn the check engine lamp on.  To find out the nature of the problem with the transmission, you'll need to read the trouble code(s) stored in the TCM.  Depending on the trouble code, reprogramming the TCM may be relevant to solving your transmission issues.
