Hyundai Repair: windshield wipers fuse keep blowing, hyundai accent, windshield wipers

I have 02 Hyundai accent hatchback windshield wipers fuse keeps blowing, I changed wiper motor, wiper linkage, switch, and it didn't helped, today I disconnected wiper motor and washer pump didn't even touch the switch after I started car the fuse blown anyway, everything else works, any idea what can be the cause of it, how can i find it and how can I fix it ??

Depending on the features of your car, you may have an intermittent wiper timer which is also powered by this fuse.  In this case, that could also be causing the fuse to blow.

If you do not have the wiper timer (or if the wiper timer isn't the problem), you have a short somewhere in the wiring to these components, most likely a wire rubbed through on the body or chassis.
